Online orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding holidays. In general orders will ship within 1 business day and if orders are placed before 2:00 pm will ship the same day.

You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email update with shipping details along with an associated tracking number. you may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Please contact customer service as soon as possible with any requests as we are unable to make cancellations after we have started the shipment process.


We offer free ground shipping to you using either Fed-Ex or UPS depending on the region.

Fed-Ex or UPS ground can take anywhere from 1-5 business days. For time sensitive guaranteed delivery please select 2nd Day or Next Day delivery service. Orders with Express delivery will be sent out the same day if order is placed by 3 pm EST on regular business days, weekend or holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, P.O Boxes or freight forwarding companies at this time.

We are pleased to announce that we have added international shipping to the United Kingdom and Australia by First Class USPS. There is a flat rate shipping feee of $25.00 for regular sized items and $40.00 for outerwear. 

Customer is responsible for all Duties and Taxes.

We will gladly accept returns of full priced merchandise for refund, exchange or credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached. Sale merchandise marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns must be authorized by COLOVOS.


To qualify for a full refund, return authorizations must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order and items approved for return must be received by COLOVOS within 14 days of item receipt. To request a return or exchange please email Please state the items and reason for the return. Return requests for eligible items will receive a confirmation email with a Return Authorization number (RA#) generally within 24 hours or the following business day. Print confirmation email and RA # and include with your return.


COLOVOS is happy to accommodate exchanges for any items eligible for return, based on stock availability.  When requesting your return authorization simply let us know you are wanted to "Exchange" as form of resolution. Please allow 7 days to process your exchange once return is received. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed in the original form of payment.

You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. all exchanges orders are shipped complimentary via ground shipping.

Return or exchange by Mail

Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Make sure to print and include your return authorization email in the return package.

Ship return using carrier of your choice. we recommend insuring the package for the full retail value ( as COLOVOS is not liable for lost packages ) and retaining your tracking number for reference.

Items marked final sale can not be returned or exchanged.


Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment unless we agree to credit a different payment type.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out.Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note all original shipping fees are not refundable.


We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.


COLOVOS gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 7 days of the purchase date. The difference will be returned to your original form of payment. Items not purchased for full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Price adjustments do not apply to limited-time promotions. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items that were discounted for any reason at time of purchase.
